A trip to San Francisco
A trip to San Francisco
San Francisco, one of the main tourist areas in the United States, thanks to the diversity of interesting places such as that contained in the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz Island and the cable cars, and of course, shopping. It also hid me this holiday short chilly weather did not test it long ago. I admit I gained some excess weight, thanks to the best Mexican food ever dish a tasty fish and chips at Fisherman's Wharf and of course the giant burgers at In and Out.
I spent two weeks of April in San Francisco, and I advise you to visit the following places in this city:
Golden Gate:
First you have to make sure to get an international driving license before traveling by car because the curfew in the small town very interesting. Look around on the higher part of the bridge to have enjoyed your eyesight nature rocky land and sea to the San Francisco Bay. As can be seen from the name of the bridge (the Golden Gate Bridge Golden Gate Bridge) Fallon is a reflection of the golden rays of the sun over the Gulf, so keep your camera ready to capture this wonderful picture.
If you do not like driving a car, you can rent a bike and drive on a road dedicated to the bridge. This method is the most enjoyable of the car.
Alcatraz (The Rock)
Alcatraz of the most exciting places in San Francisco where he was filming one of the biggest Hollywood movies on this island. The trip are the words take you to the rock where you can see the Golden Gate Bridge and you are on the ferry. Stmtlkk surprised by the hidden story behind this place was a prison for the most dangerous criminals. It is interesting to hear the stories of former prison guards and prisoners escape attempts.
Sausalito:
The best place I have so far and if he returned it to me to choose my residence town of Sausalito will be the first on the list. It's a small town overlooking the bay and enjoy the beautiful fishing port. Sausalito floating homes and quiet streets and cozy cafes and trendy boutiques attract celebrities and upper class owners to live away from the city jam.
Cable cars:
Yes, it is those vehicles that I've seen on the memorial cards and television programs. To get the full experience in the city of Francisco you ride in carts cable and take a tour of the city. Not too fast to take you to where you want to go but the best for sightseeing and taking pictures.
The Union Square:
Time to shop. Enjoy walks between the shops and the many scattered when Taatobein go to Union Square Park to get a cup of coffee and relax in the outdoors and enjoy the view of palm trees. Union Square area is a busy part of the city where the wandering tourists and locals enjoying the noise. If the roads were jammed so much you can use the rail or buses or cable cars to get around faster.
Fisherman's Wharf:
Each tourists visit Fisherman's Wharf. You can take a stroll on the waterfront and enjoy the most delicious seafood in the city and shopping shops sidewalk. I liked very much to visit the Wax Museum and the Museum of Ripley's Believe it or Not before catching words Alcatraz. As I bought the most beautiful souvenirs for San Francisco from T-shirts and accessories from Alcatraz and chocolate are delicious. You may want to allocate a full day for this area because you will never feel bored.
Lombard Crooked Street:
I felt I was in the movie Inception look around in the street at Crooked Street. You capture great pictures in this street and keep them. Driving in this street an adventure in itself because the street is full of sharp curves, which overlooks the most expensive Victorian palaces, surrounded by vegetables and flowers.
I certainly will visit San Francisco again, but in the warm season. I miss the friendly people and unwary drivers and the food is tasty. And thank Philz coffee to keep me awake delicious day after day.
